By downloading or using LogicCoach ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Subscription name: LogicCoach Pro
Price: ¥980 / month (price may vary by region)
Billing period: Monthly, auto-renewing
Free tier: Up to 5 sessions (cumulative) without a subscription
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Subject to these Terms, Daisaku Seto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App uses AI language models to generate coaching questions and feedback. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. The developer is not responsible for decisions made based on AI responses.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
